This adorable scalloped shell dish could also be used as a trinket dish or jewelry tray in a mermaid or coastal themed room.

The firm, established in 1895, was active at Argent Works, Birmingham and became a Ltd in 1899. They were present at the British Industries Fair during the years 1929 to 1947 using the Manco Plate trade name. They ceased production after this period.
The item has mild patina, aside from which the item is in good condition with no other damages noted.
